Our Youth Wellness Programs are designed to optimize the development of life skills, fitness habits and fundamental movement, the TLC’s youth programs will start your kids on a lifelong journey of loving activity!

Whether your kids want to stay home alone, learn how to babysit, how to run , use the weight room or try a bunch of new sports with a parent/guardian, we have the right program for them!
